Suprasolicitarea, fie ca este fizica, psihica sau emotionala, duce la situatii foarte neplacute, in care poti sa clachezi. Pentru ca acest lucru sa nu se intample, este foarte important sa iti acorzi cateva minute in fiecare zi, pentru tine, in care sa faci activitati care iti aduc placere, care te calmeaza si care iti ofera o stare de spirit buna. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specialistii recomanda sa faci, zilnic, macar un lucru care te ajuta sa scapi de stres. De exemplu, atunci cand te intorci acasa, poti face o baie calda si apoi te poti relaxa pe <\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.homelux.ro\/canapele\">canapea<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ori in <\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.homelux.ro\/paturi\">pat<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> citind cartea ta preferata sau poti urmari serialul tau preferat alaturi de partenerul\/partenera de viata. Exercitiile fizice sunt, si ele, o metoda foarte buna de combatere a stresului, impreuna cu masajele si alte activitati de destindere a muschilor. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Trebuie sa stii ca decorul din dormitorul si din living-ul tau au un efect major asupra starii tale interioare, asa ca trebuie sa iti creezi o atmosfera cat mai placuta, de care sa te bucuri dupa o zi lunga si agitata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Insa, exista si momente in care cele mentionate mai sus nu mai functioneaza la fel de eficient. In general, acest lucru se intampla atunci cand treci prin momente mai grele, perioade cu un nivel crescut de stres si agitatie, sau in urma unei suprasolicitari indelungate. Metodele utilizate sunt foarte diverse, de la exercitii fizice si mentinerea unor pozitii pana la tehnici de respiratie si meditatie. Acestea induc o stare de relaxare, de destindere, ce pot ajuta practicantii sa scape de stres si de tensiunile din corp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Daca te confrunti cu o perioada agitata, exercitiile de yoga reprezinta o modalitate eficienta de a-ti goli mintea si de a gasi relaxarea de care ai nevoie. Ele sunt eficiente impotriva anxietatii, atacurilor de panica, tulburarilor de somn si pot fi practicate chiar si de cei mici!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tehnici-de-relaxare-prin-respiratie\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tehnici de relaxare prin respiratie<\/b><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Atunci cand simti ca nu te poti concentra pe nimic si ca ai nevoie de o pauza, aseaza-te intr-o pozitie comoda, intr-un loc linistit, si concentreaza-te asupra respiratiei: inspira adanc timp de 3 secunde, tine aerul in piept 5 secunde, apoi expira usor, treptat, pana elimini tot aerul din plamani. Repeta acest lucru de 3 sau 4 ori, pana cand simti ca bataile inimii s-au calmat si tensiunea de la nivelul mental s-a dispersat. Aseaza-te pe pat, pe canapea, pe <\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.homelux.ro\/fotolii\">fotoliu<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sau pe un scaun comod si inchide ochii. Incepe numaratoarea de la 1 si continua pana cand simti ca ai reusit sa scapi de gandurile negative si de griji. Concentreaza-te asupra numaratorii.
